Georges Commeinhes has invented and manufactured several diving apparatus in the 40s.
In July 1943 in the area of Marseille he has tested his apparatus at a depth of 58 meters during 2 minutes.
Commeinhes is now an entity of BACOU-DALLOZ group and is still manufacturing breathing equipment.
Extremely rare apparatus from Georges Commeinhes. It is the first modified version of the RC apparatus which can be used underwater.
This type of apparatus was used and commercialized before the Aqualung.

This breathing apparatus made by Georges Commeinhes in 1956, can be used by the fire brigade for penetration in a hostile environment as well as underwater.
