Hydralite

The Hydralite/BOSS has been successfully tested to 530 MSW during manned trials offshore and to 600 MSW onshore.

The Hydralite Helmet is an evolution of the XLite 3 gas reclaim helmet fitted with a secondary breathing system connected to the BOSS rebreather.

The shell is manufactured from polyester reinforced fiberglass with integral neck ring. The clamping arrangement incorporates a neck collar fitted with a latex neck seal and a redundant twin locking system which prevents from accidental hat removal.

The primary gas supply incorporates the T92 reclaim regulator system with anti-squeeze device. The secondary supply is independent of the T92 and its activation of the rebreather is simple to use.

MK1 Band Mask

Version 3 of the injection molded band mask vnd improved face seal, two weights above the second stage to improve the neutrality and a manifold with a secondary supply.

MK4 Band Mask

Its equipment includes:

• A rubber face seal, the highly-developed shape of which allows an ideal positioning of the mask on the face of the diver and ensures a perfect seal.
• A removable glass with a wide field of view that combines solidity and minimal fogging.
• A 2-input (normal and emergency) manifold with a free flow valve that allows quick and efficient demisting of the glass by a gas distribution ramp on its inner upper circumference. The US standard also includes an extra valve for switching to emergency power supply.
• An oro-nasal mask isolating the breathing circuit, equipped with a microphone, a transfer valve and a mobile nasal plug facilitating the balancing of the eardrums. It is supplied with gas by a SUPER-PHYSALIE regulator known for its exceptional characteristics at great depths.
• An exhaust valve
• A two-sided cellular neoprene hood, equipped with a Velcro closure and 2 housings containing waterproof headphones.
• A spider strap (commonly referred to as a "spider")

The Tekstar Full Face Mask features:

• A silicone outer shell which ensures complete water tightness on the diver's face

Xlite 1

First version of the Xlite.

It was available in two version, with a T92 second stage and a 1/4 turn valve for gas recovery or with a T8 second stage and a small weight instead of the valve for open circuit use.

Xlite 4

Last Comex Helmet.

The helmet X-Lite 4 consists of 3 main elements:

THE HELMET

• Made of polyester - fiberglass composite.
• Slightly negative buoyancy.
• Completely waterproof, which eliminates head contact with water and ensures high thermal comfort, effective protection against pollution and possible shocks.
• Minimum outside volume and balancing in the axis of the head

NECK RING ASSEMBLY

• The neck ring assembly is equipped with a neoprene neck dam that seals around the neck.
• Waterproof with O-ring seal.
• Connection by redundant system and double active safety eliminating any risk of accidental disconnection. If necessary, the neck ring assembly can be mounted directly on a dry suit.

THE REGULATOR

• Compensated second stage TEKSTAR regulator provides excellent breathing comfort thanks to exemplary performance.
