Joe Savoie has manufactured in the 60's several helmets.

Garry Haris has just finished his last book about Joe Savoie and the invention of the modern diving helmet. Joe was of French descent (Cajun) and invented the neck dam (neck seal) system, and of course his helmet named after him.
